Ralph NagelRalph Nagel is the President of Top Rock, LLC. Ralph is the former founder and owner of the Meridian Retirement Communities. In addition to his 25 years of experience with the Meridians, through various affiliations, Ralph has invested in student housing, residential and commercial developments, fitness centers, storage facilities, and other specialty businesses. Meridian Retirement Communities was sold to ING of Australia for $240 million in 2005. Ralph has a Master in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master in City Planning and a Master in Urban Design, both from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Ralph has funded and is a principal of the $50 million TR2 Liquidity Fund.
Bill Owens is the former two-term governor of the state of Colorado. Prior to serving as the governor of Colorado, Bill was elected State Treasurer, served as a Colorado State Senator and as a member of the Colorado state House of Representatives. Before entering public service, Bill was the Executive Director of the Colorado Petroleum Association, an inside consultant with the Gates Corporation, and a consultant with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte). Bill has a B.S. degree from the Stephen F. Austin University and a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ron Eller has spent over 30 years in business, as a management consultant across various industries and as a senior executive in the technology sector. He most recently was CEO of Ascent Solar Technologies, a NASDAQ listed thin-film photovoltaic manufacturer. Prior to Ascent, he spent 14 years at Compaq and Hewlett Packard, where he ran different parts of the enterprise business, as well as various functions in the head office. His experience includes sales, marketing, engineering, business development, channel development, operations, strategy, IT and mergers and acquisitions. He is a proven builder of fast growing businesses and high performing teams, as well as a proven turnaround specialist. He holds a Masters degree in business from Colorado State University and a Bachelors degree in aviation technology from Purdue University.
